Summer Directing Projects

Shea just returned to LA after spending her summer directing and choreographing a children's theatre season in the foothills of the Birkshire Mountains. The season included two Musical Revues and a full musical, along with a complete performing arts curriculum for children ages 8-16. All productions audition, rehearse, and are mounted on a two week cycle, and are performed for the entire summer resident camp community. Students also have the opportunity to learn all about all aspects of professional theatre and are involved in designing set and costume elements as well. The highlight of the summer was definitely Beauty and the Beast- Shea loved bringing one of her favorite childhood stories to live on stage!
